The tone is friendly and conversational, but not needlessly verbose. The authors get to their point quickly and there’s good formatting to make scanning sections easy. There’s templates and stories where it makes sense to have them, but there’s no filler in this book. It’s all well written clear and concise points that will help to make you a beloved board member for your community.
